Note on Methodology: Our services are based on installing systems and frameworks. Success requires active participation, accountability, and implementation from both the parent and the teenager.

Our Services are specifically designed for high-performing, growth-oriented parents and guardians of teenagers (typically ages 12–18). By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are the parent or legal guardian of any minor involved in the coaching or educational programs.

2A. Use of the Site by Parents on Behalf of Minors

If you access or use the Site or Services for or with a minor (anyone under 18) (a "Minor"), you agree that:

You are responsible: You are solely responsible for your Minor’s use of the Site and Services, including compliance with these Terms.
Consent and authority: You represent and warrant that you are the Minor’s parent or legal guardian (or otherwise have legal authority) and that you consent to the Minor’s participation in any applicable Services.
Account ownership: Any account, purchase, or registration must be created and completed by you (not the Minor), unless we explicitly allow otherwise in writing.
Supervision: You agree to supervise the Minor’s participation and to ensure the Minor does not submit personal information beyond what is requested as part of the Services.

Not Therapy: We are coaching and performance experts, not licensed psychologists, therapists, or medical doctors. Our Services are not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical advice.
Not a substitute for medical/psychological care: Coaching is not a substitute for medical treatment, psychological treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric services, or counseling. 3A. No Medical, Psychological, or Clinical Counseling Services

Successcipline Inc. does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or clinical counseling services. Our Services are not healthcare and do not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, psychologist-client, psychiatrist-client, or doctor-patient relationship. If you believe you or your teenager needs medical, mental health, or clinical support, you should seek help from a qualified licensed professional.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including but not limited to the "Unstoppable Teenager" methodology, coaching frameworks, videos, text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the exclusive property of Successcipline Inc. This includes, without limitation, the Unstoppable Teenager Movement™, International Color Code Personality Science™, THE SAC SYSTEM™, Family Action Plan™, and The WarMap™, and any related materials, curriculum, frameworks, concepts, training, and brand elements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access materials for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not record, redistribute, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, reproduce, publish, publicly display, or otherwise exploit our proprietary systems, frameworks, or materials without express written consent from our CEO.

Generally, because our materials provide immediate access to proprietary systems, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in the specific program agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Successcipline Inc. and its officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
